dude I have no clue what your asking, rephase it to include year model and a description of what it wont do. my guess is something is still in one of the carb circuits, however I always reccomend a spark and compression test as a first point of entry.

Best I can tell from your post, I would agree with rodbolt, it would seem you have a fuel restriction. I would replace the fuel pump and tear down and properly rebuild the carbs.

the carbs were striped all passages were cleaned and blown out. It is a 2002 model 115 hp 2 cycle. With 2, 2 barrel carbs. each carb looks more like 2 singles moulded together to make 1, 2 barrell. Net effect 1 venturi feeds each cycl. as a independent unite.
exp manny auto and aircraft cabs no crashes do something right. Its clean!! fuel pump or lean mix more like problem how do you richen the mix
Selling it want it to run right but not buy manual if possiable. Thanks rockman
