YAMAHA 150 ONLY RUNNING on 4 Cylinders

I have a 2006 Yamaha 150 (2 Stroke INjection), z150 PETO
Noticed it was down on top end speed and rpm down approx 1000.
Have tested everything only to find it is only running on 4 of the 6 cylinders.
All 6 coils packs are perfect. The 2 dropped cylinders are not gettting primary voltage to the coils.
Am I looking at a CDI problem here or is there something I am missing.

Which 2 are not firing?

z150 means HPDI. let me guess.
2 and 3 have no spark.

im having a similar problem .i am running on 2 cylinders i just found out yesterday .i have it at a mechanic shop but im doing the work .did you fix your problem yet .please let me know what you did .i might be replacing the stator ???????
