Yamaha 225 OX66 HELP PLEASE

I have a 2000 OX66 225 HP Yamaha tonight it felt like it lost a cylinder when I went to IDLE it was idling from 8-10 jumping around, tryed to come back up on plane, wouldnt plane out or run over around 3500. checked the plug wires, temp, oil all was fine. Also noticed more than normal water coming from the top exaust. Restarted motor, it ran fine nothing out of normal, ran it six more miles with no problems yet. Everything has been replaced in APRIL, new pumps, o2, plugs, vst filter, ect,
ANY THOUGHTS to what might have cause it to run rough? and now not, I hate to go offshore tomorrow morning to find trouble.

ohh, also checked battery connections, all tight and clean, new water separator, fresh fuel, ring free, ect.
