I picked up what I think is a 2004 year Yamaha four stroke 25hp pull start. I noticed near the front of the frame on the starboard side on the outside of the motor is a second, apparently, fuel line with a brass coupling that attaches to what seems a holding screw on area. When unscrewing the brass fitting, there is a screen inside, which, I am assuming is a second fuel line for attaching to a boats main fuel tank, while still having the portable tank line available. However, I have never seen this setup brfore. Does anyone have experience with this and can explain just what it is and how to use it?
