Yamaha 40 4 strk _power lift and trim

The engine power lift and trim leaks, that is the engine will not stay up. Is there a kit to fix the hydraulics seal or vlaves which I suspect have gone?

is there an engine model number?
gotta fiigure out if you have the mercury or yamaha design.
