I picked up a used Yamaha 50hp tiller drive. Today when I glanced at the tach/oil gauge I noticed an arrow pointing down to the oil indicator. I assumed I was getting low on oil (no warning buzzer). I tried to add oil to the reservoir but only got about a quarter cup in before the filler pipe was full. I've put oil in the reservoir before without any problems. I pulled the culling off the engine to look at the oil tank. It was hard to determine the oil level put it appears that there is room in the tank. Any thoughts? Thanks
