Yamaha F115 Alarm sounding

Just put on a 2002 F115 yammi and it ran great the first time we had it out.The second time this past weekend the audible came on and I lifted the hood and saw oil on the front of the intake plastic,come to find out the oil pressure sensor was loose. I tightened the oil pressure sensor and the alarm still sounds, any ideas on what to test or how to test the oil pressure sensor.

doesnt have a sensor, its a switch. closed with engine off or no oil pressure.
what indicates are on the digital tach?
