Using your part number "YSC10103100C" the part comes up at a few different places. Are you looking for a cheaper place or any place? If cheaper I cannot help

alldodge, thanks for your reply! I also found it at a couple online retailers. Due to the age of my boat, I was curious as to aftermarket options. I’m also curious as to who might be best parts suppliers. Thanks!

There is no after market support for Yamaha sterndrives. There is minimal support from Yamaha. Best is OEM

There's one on ebay. There is a mercury version that is the same size. Unfortunately I don't have the part number anymore. I just take it to the shop and size it up.
