Recently purchased a 2006 Yamaha F150. Boat has always been tied to a dock in the water. Bottom of motor mounting bracket covered in barnacles. Tilt/trim motor works but won't go up or down. Someone has broken the head off of the relief screw. Will removing the motor relieve pressure so the motor can go down? How can I get this thing to move? I can't even seem to beat the mounting pin out of the bottom to remove the tilt/trim. Anyone ever drilled out the pressure release screw? Any ideas?
