Hello, how can I tell if my motor is a 1998 or 1999 year model. I know date of manufacture is 08/1998. My title says it is a 1999 model. I am trying to decide which year service manual I should purchase???

V=vmax
200=200 Hp
T =trim and tilt
L=20" shaft
R= remote control
X= 1999 model run.
