yamaha z300tur any problems or tendencies

I'm looking at a 2005 sea fox with z300tur engine. does anyone know of any problems or ill tendencies this motor may have, and that i should know about before buying this boat. I believe the engine has less than 100 hours on it.

be aware I am tardy on replying but there are some things ya may need to know or find out.
first off I will need the full model number, your posted one donst have enough for an 05 model and second is the engine seriel, or PID, number.
