Yammabond #4 or #5 on crankcase

Putting a block back together. What is better of the two Yammabond #4 or Yammabond #5? Thanks I do not care for OMC gel Seal.

The gray stuff.

Gel Seal is actually a Loctite product and doesn't cure if it gets too old. It leaves a thinner film between case halves which can be important for the main bearings.

My preference is the gel seal loctite 518. Doesn't get very old around here before using, I have used it for over 20 years without problems.
