Guys, how to get access to injection fuel limiter. It is sealed, I have no idea how to remove the seal. The engine works fine on full load, but dies on low or idle. It looks like something is wrong with governor. My idea was to get the access to the limiter and turn it about 780 degrees left. Do you think it would help? Also when changed oil some years ago I found a small spring in an oil drain. Maybe we lost a sub-spring of fuel regulator? Please share your thoughts. I am a radio engineer, not very strong in mechanics. Many thanks in advance!
