Year...H.P. ?

.......got what I believe to be a late 80's-early 90's 20/25 h.p. two stroke.

All ID tags have been destroyed (might have been stolen at some point).

The welsh plug on the block reads " R8595721 ".

Can anyone help with the year and horsepower.

The painted-over cover has
Evinrude under the paint.

I can't help you with that number. The best thing would be to take some pictures of the
entire motor with the hood on, then some close-up shots of the front/side/rear of the engine.
There are people on here that could probably give you a good idea from those views.

Also, don't forget this is a big holiday weekend. You might not get any other replies until
the weekend's over. Be patient, you will get help...
