Year identification help

I am trying to find out what year this is.

Mercury Mariner 11.9hp

All i have is a serial # 4389018 can't read model #

Is it stamped somewhere else?

I am trying to get water pump parts and I am having a hard time doing so.

If all else fails, take it to a Merc dealer to id it, then order the parts from him.
