Year of Johnson Seahorse QD 19?

I just purchased a Johnson Seahorse 10 model QD 19 with serial number 1702839. Can anyone tell me the year (and if you know off the top of your head, the type of lower unit oil to use)? It runs and looks great - so far. Thanks.
