I have a 25hp Evinrude, model number is E25ELC6B S/R# G 02332823<br />Looking for year, and Tune-up information.<br />(Plug brand/#, gaps, Lower unit oil type, ect..<br />Prop specs)<br /><br />Thanks in advance<br />Richard

check your model # again. The 6 should be a letter.

Rechecked it Correct Model # is E25ELCEB<br />dirt on the bottom of the E made it look like a 6

Ok Richard, I can work with that!!<br /><br />E = Evinrude<br />25 = HP<br />E = Electric Start<br />L = 20" shaft<br />CE = 1989<br />B = modification #2<br /><br />Evinrude recommends Champion QL78V plugs 0.040 gap. I have a 20hp 1987 rude and I use OMC gear oil from the local OMC dealer.<br /><br />Sorry I can't help with the prop other than to say mine is a 10 - 13 and I recommend you call your local dealer to get the proper spec.<br /><br />Welcome to the board and good luck.
