Yet another lower unit question...

I have a 94 Johnson Venom and I noticed that it has leaked some lube on the driveway out of one of the lower water drain holes. The next thing I did was check the lower unit oil...its milky green. So I drained it and pressure tested it. It wouldn't hold any pressure at all. I bought the boat a few months back and was told the lower unit was redone about a year ago. I took the prop off and there was no fishing line back there and the seal looked good and didnt have any signs of oil on it. So my question is could it be one of the upper seals or could it be cracked? If it is cracked will the crack be obvious? I have looked around it and there are no signs of an external crack. Any help would be appreciated.

If it won't hold pressure my guess is either the driveshaft seal or shift rod seal.
