You know, up 'til now I've only been thinking how dumb the guy was... but it just dawned on me... why did the wife stand on the other side for the second shot? I would think she would have figured out from the first shot that it wasn't the place to stand...

The guy wasn't a real redneck. A real one would have tried this at my place--27" of stone in the walls.

Apparently, this is a relatively common practice.

My electrician buddy, says to take a .22, 2 torpedo levels, and a trenchcoat. The trenchcoat is to hide the .22 so the neighbors don't call the cops.

No definitely not. Stupid seems to be a common characteristic among most people.
