Fire Station. Sunny and mid 60s at about 7:00 AM.

Kinda busy for Whitt. Actually had to wait about 2 minutes to get one of the 5 machines.

They found 2 Dem votes. Dummy voted twice so they threw them both out.8)

Wrote in Kinky for State Comic Laureate.

Re: Your voting expierence today.

I ran into a couple of small problems. First they moved the polling station from where it's been for the past 30 years. Took a little while to find the new place. Second I had to fill out a form in duplicate stating I was a resident and indicating when the last time was that I voted. When I asked about this I was told it was needed because I hadn't voted in a long time but I voted in 2004 so I'm not sure I believe the explanation.

Voted at the local elementary school.

About a 20 minute wait, and a fairly decent line at 11 AM

Paper ballots scanned immediately. The only electronic machine was out of service, waiting for tech help.

I, of course, voted for all the correct candidates..

Took about 30 minutes to get through. Paper ballots that are scanned and tabulated. No problems and everyone was polite. One guy was trying to form an opinon but no one really wanted to get involved in a political discussion. Mostly just talked about how nice it was to see lots of folks voting. Voting is held in a local church.

I don't recall any other option except English. I would have flipped out if I saw any other language option. Come on, if you're going to vote, you need to be able to read English. Forgive my ignorance, Isn't this a requirement for citizenship?

Re: Your voting experience today.

I am traveling so absentee this time . . . Usually at local elementary school and I vote mid-day, so usually no line and pretty simple electronic system.

Hey Snap, the lesser of two evils is still less evil . . .

Shall Article XIII, Section 3 of the Constitution be amended to require that legislators, statewide elected officials, and judges forfeit state pensions upon felony conviction, removal from office following impeachment or for misconduct, and to require that compensation for such persons be set by a citizens' commission subject to voter referendum?

A resounding 'YES' I trust?

Woke early....... hit the Town Hall at 7 AM and the doors were locked!

Left work at noon and managed to get in and vote. It appeared as if the turn out was good.

At our Fire station; very short line, quickly done.
The only other item was "Should the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania authorize a $20,000,000.00 deficit to he budget for the benefit of Gulf War Veterans (1990-1991)"? (paraphrased).

There were only 2 answers, neither of them "Absolutely".

Hopefully, I was in the majority on the Gulf War issue (I got the wrong answers in the others).

DRAT!

I was suprised to see it only got 84.4% yes approval. The 304K that voted against must have been the elected officals of the state 8)
