Thise two are very easy to replace (except for bolt corrosion sometimes). The prop shaft zinc (many people over look) is a little more involved, but not that hard either.

The small skeg on the AV plate came off of my Mariner two days ago while underway, water pressure pushed the bolt up and out of the lower unit, and I had to buy a new anode, and have to go to a specialty dealer Monday for a new cap bolt.
