first off i just now found out what a "zinc saver is" still not entirely sure but got the jist of it. my zinc saver has a green ground wire going to one of its terminal, presumably from the shore power plug. then it has another terminal with a green wire going to nothing?? it just has a female end on it but doesn connect to anything... should this be connected to something perhaps the main 120v switch board?
also im wiring up a power inverter.. 1100 watt with 4 gauge power wire. im going to use this wire for both terminals on the battery to the inverter, the power, and the ground. now the body of the power inverter also has a grounding bolt, to hook to a common ground. what is the proper place to hook this to? the buss under the dash? can i hook it to the 120v switch plate, where all the 120v applicances ground? do i hook it to this zinc saver? i would appreciate any help . thanks
