Before I put by boat in the water for the summer, I was going to replace my zincs on the rudders, drive shafts, and the main one on the stern. I took a look at them and they were fine.. but they were on there for about 7 years. From my experiences, they shoulda been pretty chewed up after 7 years... any suggestions?

I think zinc lasts longer in fresh water than salt or more alkaline water

You must be floating your boat in some really nice PH neutral water :)
