Zodiac MK2

I am looking at an older 1988 zodiak mk2[13'-8'']that holds air and appears to be in reasonably good shape-no leaks, cuts, abrasions or faded fabric.It was government owned<br />What else should I be looking at-and what would be a fair price ?

A fair price would not be more than $70 (without an engine) they obviously re-tubed the boat, these boats are great because they use hypalon for the tubes so it last longer, but this boat is 18 years old and probably had been re-tubed about 4 times in it's life if not more .... that is why I say not more than $70 ...
