My job has an older zodiac that we were using as a rescue platform for dive operations. We have been filling every few days but has gotten to the point of it being taken out of service. My question is can the collars be filled with some type of foam to keep it permenantly inflated and if yes who makes this product. Thanks

Do you mean parmanently inflated as not loosing air, so as not to re inflate each day or a product to pour inside tubes so to stay inflated per secula seculorum ? About second option have not heard anything related.

You could do the old liquid foam in the tube trick:) Bad idea though. The foam, if poured correctly, will fill the tubes. Unfortunately the boat will come unglued out on the water some day with either a humorous or tragic result.
