I think I got it figured out. I pulled the fuel pump off and found under the diaphragm of the fuel pump a bunch of nasty hard gunk. It was plugging the air inlet line.
I cleaned out all the gunk cleared the line and oiled the pump spring. The diaphragm looked good. After that the fuel pump sounded very different if you manually pumped it. I also cleaned all the fuel lines which looked good, and replaced the fuel and water separator filter. I also added an inline fuel filter just to be safe and added some fuel system cleaner to the fuel. After getting it back together and doing a few pumps of gas on the throttle bam she's back up and running strong. I hope that's the end of it for now. Hopefully I can get her in the water next week.
