Happy Anniversary OR!! Been 1 years since your started your project!! Keep on Keepin On!!!

Hard to believe it's been a full year.

Worked in the dark Monday night with a headlight putting most of the rivets in the rub rail until my batteries went dead. Last night took the Admiral out for her birthday.

Tonight it will be low 30's, windy and pitch black, so not sure how much I'll feel like doing.

My original plan was a 2 year rebuild, should be able to beat that by at least 6 months.

You must have forgotten something that will take another 6 months to do ... :D

Just the opposite of me. I had a 6 month plan and am pushing 2 years now!

Worked in the dark again last night and got the rest of the rivets installed in the rub rails. Started on the screws for the bow area where they go into the wood deck support, but found using phillips machine screws isn't the way to go. I'll retry with some hex washer head screws to draw it in tight before I install the new rubber insert.

The PVC structure is to hold up the winter tarp. I still need to glue it together, but getting ready to put it away soon.

Woke up to this this morning - and 4" on top of my SUV. Time to wrap things up as quickly as possible to cover up for a long Winter.

28 degrees F when I got home this afternoon, but was determined to get the new rub rail inserts in. Bundled up with the jump suit I use for blowing snow and got them installed. Positioned the bow cap so it's ready to rivet in tomorrow. Ran out of daylight near the end, so finished using the halogen work lights.

This was the weekend I had planned to use removing the 6 billion leaves from the lawn, but the snow cover squelched that idea - oh darn :D

I got the bulbs out and the leaves mulched. I am ready for snow now. Next yard work planting. That would be almost boating season wouldn't it?

Yep. Here we just leave the bulbs in and cover the flower beds with leaves. If we don't get a weather break all my leaves will have to wait for spring.

Caps are secured with rivets/screws, steering cable cleaned up ready for install in the Spring. Just need to glue the tarp frame this afternoon and I'm ready to put it to bed for the long Winter. Still working on refurbishing the controls down at the store, but close to getting those done too to put in next year. Guess I'll just be more of a lurker here once again for the next 4-5 months.
