fuel pressure taken at WOT will determine iff you have a fuel pump issue.

since your compression is iffy based on post #1. you need to do a good job taking compression readings with a good gauge.

then you need to take fuel pressure at WOT under load. 50 psi is the bottom of the spec. pic in post #3 was taken in WOT in neutral. the motor burns maybe 2 drops of fuel in neutral, where it burns 20 gallons an hour at WOT under load

Love it, I appreciate the info , I will re do the compression test while engine in heat , the first compression test engine was cold. Also I will check the fuel pressure under WOT on gear, never do WOT on natural again 👍👍👍👍, I have feeling the issue with the fuel pump because it’s not OEM, one of the comment above was talking about clogged in fuel coolant water ( heat exchanger) what you think about that ?????

When the engine heats up to normal hot temperature.
what is the idle temperature ? What is the temperature with the throttle lever pushed all the way open and the motor struggling ?
If you push the motor trim to all the way down ? Some drives can actually go past straight down. And actually tuck the prop to slightly forward and up.
Does the boat do the same struggling if you are alone in the boat and warmed up ?
Engine temperature reach 170 then thermostat open and steady on 115 . The boat not struggling while I am by myself it’s doing it when I have passengers with me , I have no issue with trim doesn’t go all the way down. It’s working fine .

Is that O2 sensor ? Or fuel injection? . I start thinking I might have bad O2 sensor for awhile which causing losing engine power and taking long time get on plane , and now the O2 sensor died

from AI:
A Volvo-Penta DTC 1158 indicates a problem with the oxygen sensor (O2 sensor) in the closed-loop gasoline system on bank 2. Specifically, it suggests an issue with the O2 sensor after the catalyst on the starboard (right) side of the engine.

I have a hunch that is may not be the entirety of the 40 minute issue, but it should be fixed regardless.

Hello my friends, I still need help please
After getting error code close loop gasoline bank 2 I changed all O2 sensor, and turn on the engine. engines started but it’s look like having misfire, shaking bad. And smell gasoline so bad, I thought the fuel injectors is the problem because I replaced them couple weeks ago.
so I put back the OEM fuel injectors and turn on the engine and same issue shaking and smell gasoline. And later I tried to start the engine it’s won’t spinning and making weird noise like metal hitting metal, After that I open all the spark plugs to see what going on, it’s surprised me the spark plug on cylinder #3 left side when I opened it start pouring gasoline from the cylinder. I never see something like this before, So after that I made my compression test and got the psi numbers as below
Left side
C1=160 psi
C2 =150 psi
C3=160 psi
C4= 135psi

Right side
C1=135 psi
C2=120 psi
C3=130 psi
C4=135 psi

Please let me know what is the problem
