if everything is in spec but still running too rich, then you may need to try another ECU

did you have the injectors tested/cleaned and make sure they are the correct ones
I sent the injectors to Brucatos. He said that they worked and flowed correctly, and replaced the orings. They did mention that one had a short in it, which they hadn't seen very often, but that it disappeared after cleaning. Mentioned that could be caused by injector driver or could just be a fluke since it disappeared.

Anybody familiar with the crank position sensor and the pulser coil? I checked the timing with a light, the timing was rock solid in neutral but as soon as i put it in gear it jumps around a bit....

Typically one and the same.

Sends crank position (pulse) to the ECU for timing purposes. Very sensitive electrical “noise”

If it’s jumping around, it’s typically a bad sensor, but a wiring problem can induce noise into the circuit as well.
