Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I really need manual 14 to educate myself on the trim system, as I have rebuilt the cylinders and need to reinstall and bleed the system.

Water is getting into the trim oil. I'm going to replace the seals on the cylinders and undo the transom line connections to drain and hopefully reseal the system. Does anyone have a good source of info for tips?

I split the drive just now. The shoe looks fine, but the washer was all jacked up.. so I reflattened it and im putting it back together.
Getting the shift shafts to line up is a bear.
Having a hard time getting reverse to engage. Is this what full reverse is supposed to look like? Should it be a full 90 degrees sideways? If I stick a large flathead in there and push it just a fraction more, the prop locks up like it should.

Can anyone give me information on this unit? US Marine is all I know about it. Seems to operate normal except is there a way to increase throttle without shifting into gear??

I like the idea of having an audible alarm if temp is too high or oil pressure is too low. Going to look into adding a used oem optional system.
