Hey, I was wondering if anyone out there has a 4.3 Volvo with a Holley four barrel I just put one on and had to put a 3 inch riser because it would hit the thermostat housing. Does anybody have any recommendations on how to remove the risers and still run a Holley carb.
I replaced the thunderbolt ignition with a marine delco and it runs better that it ever has. $250 for distributor, cap, rotor, coil, wires and electronics.

I have a 1990 four winns 180 horizon with a 4.3 volvo penta, the purple wire from the alternator, AC TAP, goes to? The end of this wire has a male connector and I dont see where it should connect.
