Got the boat loaded up this weekend with the hydraulic trailer and parked her at the marina. It rode VERY smoothly and I was very happy with the performance!

Puttin in a couple Perko scupper valves to replace the old cracked ones. Using 3M 5200 FAST CURE. This stuff is the best adhesive I've ever used....and I've used a LOT of different adhesives!!!

Got some new carpet today!!!! It was in desperate need of replacement. Heres a couple before pics, the old carpet ripped out and being used as a template, and the final product. I glued all the edges down and then hammer-stapled the edges...

Goth the new BLUE bootstripes on Saturday. Glad I did it, because it looks much better than the red bootstripes! And, for those that are interested, I installed two SeaBlaze 3 underwater blue LED lights on the transom too :joyous:

Bought an Astro pinstripe removal tool this past week to remove the bootstripe and the old name on the back of the boat. VERY impressed with how quick it came off! Basically, the round disc is a giant eraser pad and the airtool is gear...

After a couple coats of bottom paint, it was off with the tape. VERY happy with the result! Now....for that bootstripe thats lookin rough.....

After a couple coats of the Petit epoxy primer, I waited about 5 hours and began to apply the bottom paint. Had one of my buds help paint too.

Since the busy season has started, I've put my project to the side for a couple weeks while helping to get customers boats repowered at our shop first. I set aside this saturday to prime and paint the bottom of the Silverton. Removing...

Got the exhaust manifolds on Saturday. Gettin close now! If it would only stay above freezing I would hurry it up and get the plug wires, mufflers, etc on and start em up!!!
