What's recommended max RPM for a 1975 Merc 165 inline 6?
I have manual #2 and it's been a God-send for this project so far, but it's conspicuously missing the propeller chart pages where this information supposedly resides.

Can I use this same method to start my 1975 Merc 165 without hooking up the wiring harness and ignition switch? Specifically wondering if the pin-configuration on the plug is the same as in this video.
