Update. Sorry for delay but had to wait on part and time to work on motor. What I did was change fuel lines on motor and put a new high pressure fuel filter on. After checking pressure at schrader valve.. motor is running very good now. Thanks for the help.

Update finally found a set of muffs that work with my water pressure and volume. Since these split water to both intake sides and have less leakage I can now run motor on hose.
Update spend two days tracing grounds none are grounded to hull. Only way to get o volts between batt. POs and hull is by disconnecting batt neg from motor. So as airshot and cyclops222 say must be the motor grounding to hull. As I said earlier can’t feel any power when touching batt POs and...
Was putting cover caps on batt terminals when I discovered there is voltage between batt pos and hull. See pictures. I don’t feel a shock if I touch POs terminal and hull but ohm meter shows batt voltage. Maybe since motor is grounded and is bolted thru hull this could explain. Or do I have a...
Thank you got pin out was only surface rust. Cleaned it up with emery cloth, put light coat of grease on and reinstalled. The propping up worked good barley had to tap pin to remove.
