    Update. Sorry for delay but had to wait on part and time to work on motor. What I did was change fuel lines on motor and put a new high pressure fuel filter on. After checking pressure at schrader valve.. motor is running very good now. Thanks for the help.

    I have a Nissan 4 stroke Efi 30’ hp [NSF30B]. After idle thru no wake zone motor acts like it is starving for fuel, will barley come up to 2k rpm. It does this when running on on board tank.     Update finally found a set of muffs that work with my water pressure and volume. Since these split water to both intake sides and have less leakage I can now run motor on hose.

    Kinda of what I thought, but so far have not found a ground to hull. Except for OB which ic grounded and then thru bolted to transom.

    Was putting cover caps on batt terminals when I discovered there is voltage between batt pos and hull. See pictures. I don’t feel a shock if I touch POs terminal and hull but ohm meter shows batt voltage. Maybe since motor is grounded and is bolted thru hull this could explain. Or do I have a...

    Thank you got pin out was only surface rust. Cleaned it up with emery cloth, put light coat of grease on and reinstalled. The propping up worked good barley had to tap pin to remove.

    Two question on maintenance for a 30 hp outboard Nissan motor. Number one looking ar t the first picture where do I grease this . 2nd question is there a way to remove and clean the rod shown in picture 2? As you can it is rather rusty. Thanks in adavance.

    When using hose with muffs no water from telltale. When in trash can with water above cav plate water came out of telltale in less then 30 sec.

    Don’t know flow Tate. No work done to engine other then hookup tach. Drag in my curb side trash bin filled up to 8 inch above cavation plate stared engine in less then 30 seconds water was coming out telltale. So I figure I don’t have enough flow. Thanks for replies. On to the next little thing.
