Soo I'm facing the same old trailer too short issue we get here all the time and had a thought.
I have a 7000 ezloader trailer that's about 5' too short for my new 5500 lb boat... I have a lot of good and new stuff on it and 30' trailers are hard to find and very pricey...

Boat owner manuals for nearly all small (under 40') recreational boats are very generic in nature and generally contain no information specific the the boat.
Generally they contain very basic information on navigational aids such as bouys and information on wearing life jackets....

Got in a discussion with a friend the other day about retiring and living on a boat.... Got to wondering where to go.... $1000 or more a month would take a lot of the allure out of it.

Soooo My twin merc 260 I/O 28' cruiser has TINY Bennett tabs on it and is quite stern heavy... The tabs measure 12x8... Looking on the Bennett website it tells me that I need at least 24x12 tabs and I'm inclined to agree BUT I don't think they will fit.
iI is 28" to the center of my outdrive...

I think I finally devised the PERFECT solution for Selectable loud exhaust!
I don't think we need to COMPLETELY eliminate loud exhaust, after all the only reason any of us ever mind it is if it intrude on our own...
