Originally it came with the mercury prop and a Apollo stainless prop, and I now have 2 new aluminun props. All are exactly the same result so I am thinking not propeller.
Hey Chris,
First let me thank you for all the videos and information you have posted over the years. It has certainly helped me a ton. So Thank You :)
The motor is a 2007 4.3MPI 220HP serial # 0W670363.
yes. I pull driver every year and use alignment bar. Last year I pulled drive and replaced gimbal bearing and u-joints. All last summer same thing with the annoying vibration at slow speed coming in and out of no wake zone.
Last fall took drive off again, replaced u-joints again, gimbal...
I have had a vibration on the new style Alpha one Gen 2 since I purchased it used a few years back. U-Joints and gimbal bearing are new.

I assembled everything today and when I got to about 5 LB-IN for the rolling torque I loosened the nut 1/2 a turn and tried the deadblow on the threaded end while holding the bearing race but this did not work and lower the rolling torque at all. I was afraid to hit it any harder, so I...
Thanks. I was just reading what @muc had said in another thread and I will give that a try with a hammer on the thread end while holding the bearing race closest to the gear.
