    I have gutted my boat and have put it all back together with new stringers and such. I am curious on the flotation foam and if I can put boat in the water without it. I will use it once my bank account recovers from the rest of the project lol. Bad idea. Good idea?

    Plan b...fair and glass new wood to 1/4 inch. Use old skin I re glassed on the inside of transom. What's your thoughts

    There was no inside fiberglass at all it was just wood anyways so somebody was in there for sure
