    Correct Water Pump Kit

    My serial number on my Alpha drive is 1A273481. The water pump impeller kit #47-43026K06 is what I have . It states that its for drive with serial # 0D469859 and above - is that a zero or an "O" ? I'm good ?? Thanks

    Removing Boat From Trailer on Land.

    Have an EZ Loader Trailer that I need to change the solenoid on. Anyone here have any tips or done it? I think my main concern is if I have to bleed the brakes, may not have to if I keep the front of the trailer higher than the brakes...?? Thanks.

    23 Pitch Prop Too Much ?

    I have an 18' Larson, 3.0L MPI. Came with 21 Pitch prop which is OK, but I can easily hit 5K rpm with more lever to go. Anyone try a 23 pitch prop with a similar application? Before I purchase one. I realize it will take a little longer to get on plane.

    OEM Temp Gauge

    2010 Merc 3.0L MPI WEC, catalyst engine. The dash temp gauge reads around 175-180 during normal running. With 2 different IR Temp guns it reads 160 - 165 at thermostat housing and temp sensor area. Is it normal to have this type of inaccuracy as long as I know the temp diff ??

    MerCruiser Recall

    Just got this in the mail today,Mercury/Merc recall, they need to "replace the core wire of the intermediate shift cable". Apparently I can lose the ability to shift at any time. Anybody else get this?? Just great!! Going on vacation with boat in 5 days.....
