    So like I posted before, Spike's 5 mos old, part French bull dog and Sharpei, great to be around and loving his walks! When we're around no behavior issues, goes potty outside, playful yet calm. Sleeps fine downstairs w/ or w/o us, on a favorite old blanket and jacket, not allowed upstairs yet...

    clothes washer smoking ughhhh

    was a full load, but maybe to much weight w Levis, etc? Smoke alarms went off, I unplugged - thinking let cool down, try empty load and monitor? Maybe belts smoking? Only 7-8 yrs old and a stacked, heavy duty machine

    Love having a garage again!!!!!!!!

    Repainting 99 Yukon roof(typical crappy 90's paint), a frame for a wall rug, and bars tools for kitchen area next! Also a great BB gun and Airsoft range, we're loving that! And the new place is twice as big, stays at 65-67 w/o heater on and no leaks yet during our ongoing storms!

    deck door dual pane glass replacement?

    Well I got just about all the little broken pieces out on outside pane and the other pane is fine, but seems they both sealed and installed as a unit into door(that is foam filled)?? Do I need to cut through sealant on outside? Thanks

    Apartment rental deposit return - special primer for smoking damage?

    They're saying paint/special primer is $50 a gallon??? Is this accurate? They billed me for 10 gals for a 2 bed 2 bath aptmt 889 sq ft. Any info would be nice, Thanks guys - loving new OWNED condo/townhouse w attached garage, 3 bed 2.5 bath! :)

    Finally moved to new house last pm after work!!

    Movers my agent provided(pretty cheap) had it all done/put in house by time I got home, lots of unpacking, place is huge to us, doesnt need any work except small back yard cleanup, and deciding where to put what, son and I thrilled, a 4 min drive to drop him at his moms on way to work, commute...

    bberry bold 9700, jvm error 517, bad sim card

    same error w/ sim card removed, power cycled plenty, will swap sim @ work to see if it works and tech spt says replace if it doesnt work, any ideas?

    funny thing happened when 13 yr old son was checking / adding oil to beater camry :)

    so its low a qt, I tell him to add one, he remembers where to add but not name of oil fill cap, so I ask him, what does it say on the cap??? "it says 710 dad"............................................i almost fell over laughing!!! LOL! :)
