    93 Alpha 1 gen 2 oil leak

You know you have a leak. That your current tests don't show doesn't change that. No test procedure is perfect, especially pressure and vacuum testing. IMHO, you should not use the drive until you find and fix. Otherwise you will be replacing toasted upper gears and bearings.

engine stalls when shifting back on forth a lot

The test is to disconnect the lower shift cable from the shift linkage at the motor end and hand shift it. Must be butter smooth.

    Damaged leg

Not that it matter much, but I would fix that for about $30 in my welding business shop. 20 minutes and ready for paint.

    93 Alpha 1 gen 2 oil leak

Can't do a pressure test with oil in the drive. Needs to be empty. You are pushing out very viscous oil - slowly - instead of hissing out air.

I use Performance Product Technologies. Others use use other OEM sources. Used to be iBoats was an OEM, haven't seen anything like that lately.

    Carb Recommendations for 5.7L Vortec?

Don't mount it to the carb bracket. Make your own, or modify the one you have and stick it on the starboard riser.

    Carb Recommendations for 5.7L Vortec?

I spent some time looking and didn't find a single factory model Merc OEM 350 SBC that listed a Holley.

replace Mercarb on 4.3 with Rochester?

Unless you measure pressure, you don't know if something is effecting fuel pressure - pump, lines, vents, valves, pump(s).

Redo the impeller job. Make sure the key is installed.

    Sheared water plug on block

If that's a steel pipe plug I wouldn't even bother with using an extractor - just drill 7/16" and chase with a 1/4NPT tap.

    Knocking 4.3 merc

As a side note, your gauge is reading high. A new motor will put up 150 PSI numbers. So cylinder 1 is probably even lower than 75.

Did you pull the impeller? See how hard the set is on the vanes.

Lower shift cable OK at 6 1/4 inches instead of 6"?

Nope. If you can't get it adjusted in range you need to replace it.

    Rattling/Knocking noise on Mercruiser 3.0 L... Help!!

Gonna have to pull the boat out, pull the drive and start looking.

    Knocking 4.3 merc

Doesn't sound like a rod knock to me.... might pull all the belts, see if that changes anything. Then pull the drive and see if that changes anything. I wonder if it might be a broken piston. A compression check would be a good indicator of how things are inside.

    Port to Starboard issues

A v-hull thing. They hunt at low speeds. I always thought it was the hull switching back and forth chines on left side or right side. I added Smart Tabs to my similar sized boat and that solved quite a bit of the wriggling.
