    fuel mileage

If the max wot rpm range for said motor is 5500 rpm and with a 10 pitch solo boating it's revving at 5400, with a load of 4 up should be dropping wot rpm to the lugging side of 5000 rpm or under. If plan boating constantly with 4 up should prop the motor better to run towards its max wot range...

    Wayyyy over propped???

If the tach is right and the motor ir revving at wot with a 19 pitch at just 4800 revs as loaded, it's revving 1500 revs under from its max range, if the +,- 200 RPM loss-gain per pitch rule of thumb would be applied will need to drop 7 pitches to a 12 prop which sounds insane.... Happy Boating

gas pouring out of top of carburetor

It's not just a bit clean, it's completely pristine shinny clean which the second pic doesn't show due to its reduced seat diameter for the lens to fully look inside. Cavitation plate

Why is the boat using a CMC tilt/trim unit and not bolted directly on the transom ? A whale tail, doel fin will add excessive lower leg drag if doesn't ride parallel to the water level when the combo is on plane, other issue, are huge garbage collectors of anything that floats. Happy Boating

How many side joiners pieces does the 18 footer sib have per side, the one that locks the Z rails in place ? Can you post some pics of the modified bolted floors to stainless steel tubes to have a look ? Adding a hardened keel to a Sib won't better much the handling on choppy windy water...
