    I had intended to use a plastic bag inside the can, I brought home a non scented trash bag from work, my wife inadvertently used that bag in a garbage can. I did not want to brine in fabreeze so I went straight bucket.

    Do not use treated lumber. The delrin would last forever but the sheet would have to be over 1" thick to have the stability you need.

    The recipe made the bird delicious only thing I would recommend is I cooked a 17 pound bird I had to double the brine recipe. Let is soak in a yeti bucket with a lid worked great.

    I am not too far from the Mississippi but this boat will not be used on any federal water. I have never heard of a CO or water patrol ever checking for a kill switch.     I saved some holes to drill and a seat panel to install for today the grandsons are coming over. Saved some for them to help grandpa with.

    Cable steering roughed in have to fit the twin stick in the cockpit. with cables and wire then tie in the seats.

    It is going to be awesome with the holiday coming up. I am going to have to hustle to get the cables connected with the springs so they can climb in and steer back and forth in grandpa's boat shop.

    Dropped a corner pulley for the cable and chipped the dang thing, lucky I have a spare. It's the little things, if I was selling it a chip on a pulley no big deal probably not noticed. Once you build it for the grandson's standards change.

    Had 1 last boat task I forgot to pull the battery on the boat in the storage garage, all that space under the bow cover and they had to have the battery, recessed and snug into a side.
