You did not mention exact model. Probably MFS15B2. That does have ABS cold start enrichment. Very reliable, and easy to test. If too rich, the plugs would be wet. Are they?
If there was crud in the fuel, you could have an issue with an injector, but that's rare. If all plugs looked good, the one injector could be an issue. Pressure sounds good.
Of course it's an old obsolete motor, but the Factory service manual should help you out. Not unusual to read nearly infinite ohms on the secondary of the coil.
Those are the same part number. The M at the end is not relevant.

Only stat is one that starts to open at 150F. If the stat is stuck partially open, warmup could take a very long time, especially in colder waters. Still likely a carb issue.
if DVA shows exciter and pulser working, but not output to coil, you likely have a bad CD. This is a really obsolete motor, so if I were working on it, I would consult with CDI electronics if I needed a CD.
When testing the CD, your battery must be 3v or less. If it is 9v, you likely cooked it.
That aftermarket CD may (or may not) be OK. does it have identical connectors? I would ask CDI electronics.
