    One of the problems with the coolfuel two is the only place air can get out of the system is through the injectors so once air starts getting in (thru a air leak or vapor lock) it’s hard to get it out without using the fuel pressure tester.

    Yes this is rare, but I’ve seen a lot of stuff tie strapped to steering, throttle and shift cables. Never do that those 3 cables need to be able to move small amounts.

    Long shot, but the outer sheath of the steering cable must be free to move about 1” port and starboard where it connects to the rack. Have you tie wrapped anything to the cable or jammed a cooler or something else back by where the cable makes it’s bend to attach to the rack?

    Once the antifreeze pressure reaches 15psi it will start spewing out around the cap. Cap is pressure sensitive. Or you’ll find a hose that wasn’t tightened up enough and it will blow off. None of this will be good and could be dangerous.

    If you do that, you should get antifreeze in the bilge. Antifreeze expands when heated. That’s why the reservoir is marked full hot and cold. Don’t fill it above the cold mark when engine is cold.
