    Circuit breakers trip on current, not voltage. Have you checked to see if the starter is on the way out?

    How do you trim?

    Outboard...... Set motor to neutral trim, put tabs down for 3 seconds and hammer throttle. Once on plane, adjust tabs counter tide lean and go. Normally, don't need to touch trim settings the rest of the day. Adjust tabs as needed throughout the day to counter conditions

    That’s (electronic) “noise”. Problems in either the signal generator, transducer and or supply power. The repeatability of the noise points to the transducer I’m seeing a 0.6 spread on the voltage display. What’s going on there? My money

    My grandmother had half a storage unit full of pictures and slides. Most pictures she left behind were of people and places long since lost from memory. Truth being, most pictures will never see the light of day after the collage comes down after your funeral.

    You can’t prime a EFI high pressure pump with air in the system. I’ve tried many different ways of “priming” fuel systems after changing a coalescing filter. The only method that works for me most of the time is to start the motor and let it run to make sure the fuel system is fully primed...

    Inshore/offshore guy If your kicker can't plane the boat, you don't have enough motor to get you safely back though the inlet. It's a lot easier with Unlimited towing insurance, up to 75 miles offshore, than totting around a 150 HP kicker, just in case.
