    Allignment tool is very easy to be pushed in and get out. Also shift lever and outdrive are in the forward postion. But they have not touched and the outdrive is stuck.

    The shaft house seems good and there is not water any more after I apply the big o-ring. At the beginning at the water, my boat can reach maximum speed of 33 mile. But after 8 hours in the water and it seems that slow down. Any reason?

    I cannot remember when I did the pressure testing. But the gear oil is good and is not milky. I did not see the large rubber ring. Could you please upload some pics for the large rubber ring?
