    Here is how most lights draw in water. you are backing up to the ramp. the brake lights are on. the housing is getting warm. you dunk the trailer in cold water. the change in pressure internally from the drastic temperature plunge to the light housing will draw in water thru seals, etc...

    When I pulled the 3 liter out of my Avanti. I pulled the trailer tires, and put down two 2x4's on the floor to run the trailer hubs on the 2x4's vs the painted concrete. i used a standard height engine hoist. I did have to raise the bow about another foot to get the motor over the transom

    your trying to pull antifreeze thru the motor with one of the block-busting kits? unless you get the antifreeze hotter than boiling. it wont work. the thermostat will slam shut. that is how they work. read this. https://forums.iboats.com/threads/winterizing-inboard-and-i-o.770207/
