    Another thought, might be the 4th beer but oh well There should be no power on any of the relays. When key is turned ON it powers the MPR which turns everything else ON. Wonder if it's something like the MPR is staying slightly energized.

    Have read threads about blocking the ports but don't remember how? My comment is about the Hardin pump. I have a Gen 1 and used it 2 seasons then put it on the shelf and never used it again. Reason is it's heavy and I had to hang upside down to install. So it is old guy and weight for reason...

    Check were your keep alive connection is, it should be directly on the Bat post Maybe measure your Bat to see if if agrees with Diacom. If it does might be time for new Bat(s)

    With RPM that low I would do a compression test, check timing and see if your getting full advance

    I'm going to need @Fun Times , @dubs283 , or @muc to verify but Bulletin 2009-13 indicates bearings with plain dot is greaseable for Alpha and Bravo drives. Dot should be placed at 10 O'clock position (page 2)

    0F621724 and no check balls So you have this type housing Your getting 180* at gauge and measuring 98* at sensors and your sender should read between 240 to 33 (cold to hot) ohms to ground Remove the sender and connect meter. Put in pan with cold water and heat up on stove watching the meter
