Being an OB the neutral switch is on the motor. Might just need to adjust the cable so it aligns better
I don't see 2 screws but I do see 2 missing screws that should be there to secure the throttle in place

What is your motor serial number, or at least year and type?
Most boats don't have schematics, they use standard practice for wiring circuits. Don't know if Stingray uses additional feed from battery to helm, but they should.
@cyclops222 I'm going to recommend allow this thread to go forward as it was intended from the beginning. Providing input of what may or may not be true is not helping.

Trim pump comes off start Bat at starter post because it's next to the motor
Anchor windless comes off House Bat
Blower comes from the helm and is powered from start Bat Aux power feed
Bilge pump is connected either directly to the start Bat or from common terminal at Bat switch
